Sessions during COVID are LIVE via ZOOM & FaceTime, or 1-2-1 in a local park
Once we are out of lockdown and able to resume training inside, Sessions are 1-2-1 or small groups, held at my private gym in Finchley, North London, N3 or at your home within an 8 mile radius.

Exercise should be enjoyed - every client has a programme built to suit them taking into consideration any joint or medical issues you may have. I can work with your physiotherapist to incorporate any rehabilitation exercises.
Choose and combine training methods from my private gym including a large free range motion multi weights machine - free weights - TRX - treadmill - Slide - Bosu Ball - medicine balls - Ball - skipping ropes - weighted poles, leg weights (Punchbag/Boxing not during COVID)

Where the joints move beyond normal range
For Children and Adults
Classes aim to strengthen muscles and train the body not to hyper-extend the joints in everyday movement - eg catching a ball, picking up objects, walking, running.
I use the Bosu Ball to improve balance and varied ankle weights to increase strength. Upper body strengthening includes working with free weights. I try to limit the range of movement during exercise to avoid hyper extension of joints.
I work with your Physiotherapist's exercise programme following medical advice.
Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine, in which the spinal column can also twist, pulling the ribcage out of position.
The importance of regular exercise and strength techniques in pre and post-operative scoliosis cannot be underestimated. It is vital that muscles surrounding the spine are kept strong including chest, back, upper back and stomach.
Through my own experience of Scoliosis over 25 years, I combine a group of exercises to strengthen and help improve posture and ease pain.
